General Summary
Nihilus, the Sovereign, called his Masters to West Haven to discuss plans for the war with Abkheset. Inva, Master of Slumber, obediently attended. The plans of the Sovereign were laid out, with armies brought out of reserve and some shifting of forces to where it was believed the main attack could come.
While there, Inva was reprimanded for not fulfilling her duties as a Master, but the Sovereign, feeling magnanimous, gave her one more year to fix it. In order to make sure she did not lose her position, Inva levied taxes in Slumber and created a new law that every time an animal is slaughtered for food, the bones had to be given to help fill the Sovereign's demand for bodies.
