Minister of Public Works Tegzod Black-Spike

Tegzod is not as tall or muscular as the average gnoll, nor is he as savage. He has a more refined personality, but his gnoll nature can come out when he becomes annoyed by what he might perceive as stupid behaviour. He prefers to stay hidden from the attention of most of society, which allows his purpose in Abkheset to be more easily fulfilled. Tegzod easily puts on a surface level friendliness, while being calculating and manipulative. He has little patience for stupidity and is not above using cutting remarks to try to bring people down a peg or two if they try to talk down to him or make unwise decisions.

Tegzod has largely stayed in the shadows in Abkheset until recently, when he gave orders to Gwen, Garth, and Rayne. He held barely contained contempt for Gwen due to Gwen's haughty, stuck-up nature. He blatantly told Gwen he was dressed stupidly for an infilitration mission into a small town, telling him to dress more like Garth (who was dressed in commoner's clothes versus a nobleman's outfit)
