Our efforts in Xiomara have been minimally successful. I am sending you two pieces of cargo. They are in good health and ready for the next step. With a city this large, you'd think that more people would join the efforts of the "Alliance for Displaced Children," but we've seen a surprisingly high amount of apathy from a city with so many "good" people.
I believe the hours I've invested in Xiomara now warrant a promotion. I will await your announcement and future instructions.

Cap, Today, we received a report of an alleged trafficking ring operating out of Xiomara. Gwen Alchyron burst into the guardhouse this afternoon and urged us to follow him to the scene of a fight that had broken out in the middle of town. I arrived to find two men dead, one unconscious and in manacles, and three children of questionable health. The kids' ages range from approximately two to seven years. Parents unknown. They have been re-homed at the local orphanage for the time being (please disregard the black eye the next time you see me. The five-year-old was rather feisty). I had the restrained individual brought to the jail for medical treatment and questioning. Three additional adventurers claimed to have witnessed proof of trafficking: Richter, Eli, and Rayne. According to Richter, they had become suspicious of the Alliance for Displaced Children members working the stall in town and started to ask questions. Eli reports that when they attempted to learn what was in the nearby crates, the members of the ADC became aggressive. The adventuring party claims that the entire organization is a scam. This is an egregious claim against a humanitarian organization that has been active in Arbour for some time. How quickly do we run this up the chain? I have yet to question the one in custody. I'd prefer to wait and see what we can learn from him. If we can resolve this quickly and quietly, we can prevent public panic. Erstan Highfall

One was taken into custody but I trust that he will stay true to his oath. I am confident that we still remain hidden but I urge you to implement extra caution as these young adventurers seem keen on flushing us out. We are already taking action to exit the city.
