Sailing South
General Summary
Zephyr, Lucky, Kazumar and Adonis decided to sail the high seas to find out what is south of The Havens. On their way to meet in West Haven, Kazumar and Adonis sailed a ships boat down the rivers into The Havens. Along the way they were attacked by two hippopotami. Beaching their boat, they eventually fought off the beasts, then harvested them for their meat. Arriving in West Haven, they met up with the others and made preparations to leave. When they set sail, they travelled roughly south, battling ever changing weather and winds. Eventually, they found land!
Pausing there to decide if they wanted to go ashore, they were attacked by a massive flying creature. The fight did not last very long, as the creature was quickly slain. Working quickly, the crew and party hauled the creature on deck, butchering the corpse for rations. Zephyr made sure to store the corpse below deck. Resting there for the night, the party resumed sailing the next day, deciding to circle the island to discover its size.
After a few days of circling the island, the party decided to sail back and forth around in the ocean for days on end. They suffered through rain and terrible winds until they finally found another small island. There they were attacked by a massive sea worm. This they also managed to kill and drag on board, stowing the body below deck. After a brief foray on the island, the party returned to the ship and made their roundabout way back to West Haven.
