Preparations Must be Made

General Summary

Our daring adventurers met up in Traders Cusp to determine how best to approach the crisis threatening Pandora. Meeting up with Cati and Vin, members of the Organization, conversation went in circles before the party finally chose to listen to advice. They set off to destroy the Mad Mage's places of power, utilizing collected map pieces to figure out the location of these power places.   Readying themselves, they set out in vigor. Finding one of the places of power in The Void, they wasted time teleporting around, back and forth, and around again via multiple teleportation circles that seemed to be set up for travel between different places of power. Bullgup, Covak, Lucky, Prim, and Zephyr fought an invisible ghost-filled maze causing the mage's source of evocation power to be destroyed. Yohannes, ever the tenacious adventurer, worked to stop signal sparks from alerting the Mad Mage to their instrusion.   Next, the party, sans Yohannes Morrah, fought back against wave after wave of necrotic energy that revived undead creatures. Successful, the Mad Mage's access to necromancy was destroyed. While this was going on, Yohannes Morrah figured out a way to destroy the living mold that would have prevented them from having a way back out.   Finally, as a stamp of approval on their success, the whole party utilized the teleportation circles to bring the two power towers to ruins, ensuring the Mad Mage could not revive them as a source. Fearing retribution, all fled to Xiomara to lay low.
