Mama Oda's House of Vodou - Savin's Request

General Summary

Savin had a special favor to ask of Mama Oda. She in turn, asked him a favor, with "no questions asked." She had an item to be delivered to an associate in Fjordhaven. Savin, desiring to know that Egon's soul was safe, agreed to make Mama Oda's delivery. Tiff, being curious and cautious, kept a close eye on the box that Mama Oda handed over. However, at the time that she and Savin left, the box gave off no aura to her magical eyes.
It didn't take long for Savin and Tiff to make it to the meet up point. Savin, forgetting Mama Oda's instructions, intiated a greeting. Thankfully, the man who appeared behind the tree did not cut off their encounter. He sent a young boy over to collect the box. While this exchange happened, Tiff noticed that the individuals were wearing the known garb of the Brotherhood of Balance bandits. Savin gave no hesitancy in handing over Mama Oda's delivery and the boy returned it to his leader.
The man opened the box to check on his delivery allowing Tiff's magical eyes to pick up on it's aura. She correctly identified it as the cursed item, ring of truth. Depsite knowing this, she made no comment. The man thanked Savin and Tiff for their assistance and he and the rest of his men, who were hiding in the trees, went on their way. Savin and Tiff returned to Mama Oda.
Upon their return to Mama Oda's house, she was prepared with the answer to Savin's question. Egon's soul was not in torment but was not safe in his deserved paradise. Mama Oda informed them that she had seen his soul, that it was troubled, and being held captive by an entity that she could not identify. She was able to provide some reassurance by encouraging them to seek the gods for a miracle for that would be powerful enough to send Egon's soul to the domain of his goddess.
