Fjordhaven First Arena game - March 10 2023

General Summary

The time had come for another gathering of the Fjordhaven First Arena games! An event, sponsered by Grundles Gadgets, that shows the prowess and enguinity of Pandora's greatest people, the dwarves of Fjordhaven!. This day, the Beastly Shadows stepped up to prove their mettle. Inva, Kivi, Axel, and Anathema stepped themselves into the greatest arena Pandora has ever known to try their hand against dwarven engineering.

Their first challange was Grundles Servants, the great dwarf of Fjordhaven's prototype sentry's meant to guard Fjordhaven's people against threats from within and without. The two machines performed admirably, but ultimately the beastly shadows provided very useful test data for further refinement.
The Second challenge was cooked up in collaberation with the local bakery The Bonestone Bakery and Grundles Gadgets. Candy spear armed Gingerbread men beset the Beastly Shadows with spicy ferocity. Kivi found out the hardway though that, though eating the bodies of your fallen enemies doesnt always work out well.
The final challenge, a Fjordhaven First Arena favorite, the great GROK!. The Beastly Shadow's must cross a bridge, just a bridge, but guarded by Fjordhaven's favorite troll. Inva got herself tossed into what looked like a labyrinth of grinding gears under the bridge before the party managed to get passed the strongman. Thankfully for the Beastly Shadow's though, the sea of gears was simply an illusion provided again by the generous Grundle's Gadgets.
