El Frio
Previously known as El Fuego, El Frio is a human sorcerer once-known for his erratic use of the spell fireball. After standing trial by King Bombo and found guilty of murder, he escaped prison into the mines and is now considered to be El Fugitivo.
He appeared once again, ready to terrorize Raqib, however was put down by Bombo and Azim. Brought back from the dead by Azim, he now uses his elemental admixture to inflict cold damage with his fireballs, going be his new name: El Frio.
