Basic Laws

1. Don't murder.
2. Don't enslave.
3. Undead may only be created or controlled in strict academic research.
4. Don't steal.
5. Don't hurt people.
6. Reasonable self-defense is allowed.

Basic Penalties

1. Murder: 10 years to execution. 2. Manslaughter: 10,000gp and up to 10 years jail.
2. Slavery: Repayment of labor, charged on other crimes (assault/murder). These penalties apply to undead creation/control.
4. Theft: recompense of item's value. 2x value if unrecoverable. Unpaid w/in 30 days will be jailed 1 day/10 gp
5. Assault: no lasting injury 100gp, injury requiring healing, etc. cost and up to 10,000gp and up to 6 months jail
