The Constellation Counsel

The Constellation Counsel is a confederation consisting of the most influential and powerful leaders of Pangea. Seated in Elysium on Zenithra, they exist to serve the affairs of Pangean life and civilisation. The 12 seats of power represents the 12 astrological signs, Arius, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpion, Sagittarius, Capricon, Aquarius, Pisces. Each sign and position carrying the respected name, associations and responsibilities. 
The confederation was formed in 327 AD, the third age, as a security measure against extra-planar disturbances and invasions. Today functioning as a conjoined leadership effort for the interest and benefit of the entire Pangean population. Securing against inaction in the case of invasion against smaller kingdoms and territories and maintaining a healthy diplomatic relationship between many states and borders.
