Losa
The cold-hearted witch of Dalens Reach is known to have existed in The Bellows for decades. Helping the locals as well as plaguing them, she is always unpredictable. Her favorite appearance is of a young silver-haired maiden dressed in rags. Local villagers often seek her out when they need help with severe sickness or revenge against their enemies. Her help is never a given.
