The Changebearer

Valtas also known as the Changebearer, champions fate and fortune. Valtas is often worshiped in houses of vice such as casinos. The Changebearer holds domain over fate and luck often resulting in people praying to him in hopes of gaining good luck or a change of fate. Anger Valtas and you will surely meet your demise for he is a fickle and neurotic god that changes as the winds blow.

Appearance

He is often depicted as a scruffy young human man with short brown hair and a darker complexion. Most art shows him sitting on a throne in the center of a crossroads.

Commandments of the Changebearer

  • Fate favors the risk takers, the road is yours to travel and to do so is to have the Changbearer’s favor.
  • Change is inevitable and fate or fortune can change in an instant, the righteous make sure that change is for the best
  • Rise against tyranny, fight against those that seek to force those less fortunate against their will and inspire others to fight when you cannot.

Holy Orders

Fate's Guide is a guild where Valtas’ followers gather, working to further their own interests and secure their fates in both manual and divine ways. They work collaboratively to implement Valtas' will on this plane when he asks, and otherwise work to influence affairs as they see fit for their own interests.

Holy Days

The Changebearer’s holy day is the Feast of Youth, it takes place on the last day of the year into the first day of the year. Commonly celebrated as a feast around midnight with games of chance and festivals where merchants and showmen can peddle their wares.
