Azreal
The current Archangel of Death is Azreal. Azreal is a protector and guide to those that need sanctuary in their time of death. Those that have no god to go to in the afterlife often meet Azreal as he welcomes them into the legions of Angels in The Silver City from Sacrileth. There, he strives to find the quality that each soul embodies and pair them with the ideal Archangel. Often depicted as the most patient of the Archangels. Embodying the patience of death, that which all creatures eventually meet. As the Archangel of Death, Azreal commands the veil between the mortal world and the afterlife of The Silver City. Those that seek to come to The Silver City to bring it harm, or threaten the longevity of mortals, shall meet the punishment of his blade, Reckoning.
