The Echo Collective
Cunning and elusive, the Echo Collective are a myth that echoes through the Various Planes. Thieves and Cat Burglar's capable of stealing anything they want, conducting elaborate heists that leave the victims reeling in confusion.
Structure
The Echo Collective is headed by a single Phasian Grand Elder, Litrix. He is the only one who is permitted to spawn more Phasians, encouraging his kind to to enjoy their life, so long as they pay their dues.
From there, all Phasians within the Echo Collective are encouraged for their first few years of life to build a “vessel”, using the inherited knowledge from the First Phasian to create a vehicle that can carry Non-Phasians thru Planer Gates. These Phasian become Captains, who then go to form their own crews from species across the Multiverse.
Phasians are encouraged to not form crews with each other, to ensure a lesser chance of more of their numbers being lost from one mistake. As such, most Phasians do not meet others except when dropping off their acquired bounty back on Vivantis.
Culture
Those born or brought into the Echo Collective are always encouraged to live their life as they wish, and always trust your intuition. Take risks so long as they are not needless, and always have a goal you're working towards. Those within the Echo Collective are encouraged to live in the moment, both Phasians and Non-Phasians.
Each crew has their own vessel capable of traveling to other planes and are pushed to explore and experience new cultures. During their adventures, they are encouraged to obtain Magical Artifacts to return to Litrix thru anyway the Captain deems necessary. Coupled with their living in the moment lifestyle, this often leads to cunning heists of valuables, attracting rogues, daredevils, and bards of all kinds to join their ranks.
Public Agenda
Like any other Phasian Faction, the Echo Collective is focused on increasing the Phasian Population through obtaining magical artifacts. Unlike any of the other factions however, they are not focused on one avenue of approach. While those aware of the Echo Collective know them to be rogues and thieves due to the heists they perform, it's more accurate to consider them adventurers.
They enjoy exploring the unknown and uncovering secrets of the Universe. Litrix seeks to fulfill the original purpose the Phasians were created for, which was to venture to different planes and bring back artifacts to research. The artifacts Litrix drains are often kept for cultural studies after they are spent.
Assets
The Echo Collective has access to vessels, capable of transporting to other Planes. Each Phasian born into the Collective are encouraged to create such vessels using materials purchased from selling off the Art Pieces and bounty from other crew’s heists to expand the fleet. These vessels can be as small as a row boat to as large as a castle.
The Largest of the vessels built over many years is known as the Astral Ark, which serves as the home base of the Collective. Built from a portion of the the very land of Vivantis itself, Litrix wanted to be able to bring their home wherever the the collective traveled to, allowing them feel comfortable wherever they went.
While The Echo Collective is focused on the acquisition of magical items for the purposes of Reproduction, they still see the importance of items in their original forms. They have a large collection of enchanted items that members can rent for use in heists and operations. These items belong to the Echo Collective and members are responsible for returning them after use.
