Victoria Quarrier
Victoria Quarrier is a cleric of the Soldier and the Senior Chaplain for House Ironside. She is the widow of former-Seneschal Clayton Quarrier, who was killed in the Anything-Goes Melee of the 1313 Blademas Tournament.
She collected her deceased husband's prize on his behalf, selecting a pair of Vambraces of the Shaitan, perhaps in part because Clayton was an Oread.
