Mirze Rifi Darktusk was a minor noble of House Darktusk and a member of Cody's Gang, until he was murdered by Lindie, the newly-appointed Concubine of Katib Hugo Dargent (the "Spare" son of the Dargent Family).

Rifi joined Cody's Gang after Grimoire Brasseyes, who had been watching him for a while introduced him to Cody Bakerstreet. Cody and Rifi, became frontman and wingman respectively, and good friends, although Rifi was far more sly and destructive than Cody. While both were immature criminals, with a penchant for violence and womanising, Rifi took this much further.Takesday, Tinkermoon, 1311
In what was probably the worst decision of Rifi's short life, he targeted the newly appointed concubine of Hugo Dargent, Lindie Asklepa, as his new conquest, believing he could easily take advantage of this inexperienced young snake girl.
Despite no shared language, Rifi still tried to get her drunk on absinthe (and who knows what else he had in mind). It was unfortunate for Rifi (but probably fortunate for his would-be future victims) that Lindie was actually more capable of looking after herself than he realised.
It is unclear what exactly went down, but Rifi was dead by morning with a prominent kukri wound in his neck. The kukri being the favoured weapon of the Thief, it was assumed that the murder had been carried out by the terrifying House Underhand (the court assassins, who operate under the Thief constellation).
