Pepper
Another kid (Pepper) a little bit older than Tia but more recently came to the orphanage who seems generally distrustful and doesn’t get on with the other kids very well. Always clutching a little doll. Kid is a catfolk and the doll is a doll of a catfolk. Creepy, handstitched little doll. Doll is named Tabby. Other kids think the kid is a little weird. She talks to her doll rather than the other kids (Tabby does not appear to talk back). At some point, she has some kind of an “argument” with the doll. Gets angry at the doll. Then that night, she takes the doll, creeps downstairs while Granny Ginger is not watching, and opens this cupboard and throws the doll in there and locks it.
