Guard Captain Whistlethorp Lovelace
Captain Whistlethorp Lovelace is the Captain of the Guard for House Mason. As a Sylph, with Auran heritage from her Djinn mother, Whistlethorp's hair naturally forms cloudy puffs, and she is far smaller and swifter than many of the other noble houses' Guard Captains.
What she lacks in brawn, however, she makes up for in her inventions. She oversees and maintains an Autometa army of clockwork guards, who she can zip between on her clockwork rollerskates (that grant her the effects of a Haste spell). Her favoured construct companion Klank protects her, dealing attacks to anyone who comes near with ferocious speed and guarding her from harm.
Despite her engineering prowess, Whistlethorp seems quite put upon by her employers.
