Lénora

The Alliance of Lénora is a country of mostly Quénoth. Lénora is known for it's unique way of governing, while they do have elected officials, all major laws and court cases are voted on by the public.
Originally Lénora started out as a group of Elven kingdoms and roaming orc tribes, but that all changed when The Lost Kingdom began its' brutal domination of Ebora. The Elven kingdoms, Orc Tribes, and Goblinoids joined together and fought to remove the human aggressors from their lands.
