The Savage Human Chiefdoms are a fractured collection of humans who fled or were exiled to the Southern Reaches after the Great War. Various groups have formed tribes, and some warlords have taken hold of various groups, making small barons in which they rule. Some factions stick to the ground, others have made isolated homes in the mountains. Some have even formed large fleets of small raiding ships they use the pillage and raid with. The only thing that most of them agree on is their hatred for the Halflings to their east, which they constantly wage war against and raid.
