Yuanshi Conclave focuses on research and manufacture of Tianshi Crystals.
The organization owns mining operations near all three volcanos and acts independently over the Zhous ( baronies in Aetherfell ).

The culture within the Conclave reflects a fascinating blend of scholarly pursuit and mystical tradition. Members progress through ranks marked by their understanding of crystal resoannce, with titles that reflect both academic achievements and spiritual growth. They maintain strict protocols about crystal handling and combination, passed down through generations of practitioners.

Public Agenda

They focus on responsibile extraction, study and application of Tianshi crystals for the better of Atherfell. They present themselves as guardians of this precious resource, maintaining that their regulated approach prevents the dangers of unrestricted crystal expermientation.

History

The organization emerged when the first successful combination of two Tianhi crystals was documented by Lady Ming Shu, a renowned sage who would become the Conclave's first Grandmaster. Currently the organization is led by Grandsmater Wei Shen, a wise woman known for her groundbreaking research in crystal harmonics.
After the fall of The Republic, the requirement for forced mining ended. They could start their own politics and quotas becaming more friendly and more responsibile for the future.
In year 322, Conclave sent from their city Qingzhou expedition led by Resonance Master Kyrytar to investigate why one of their mines in Longshan Heights stopped producing Tianshi crystals. Expedition travelled to the mine, finding out that Mingshi Order is behind its destruction as they managed to experiment on Hogin crystals, creating new types of resonance and crystalic golem - things that were forbidden to even try. This event started large hostilities between Yuanshi and Mingshi order and also caused that Mingshi Order became illegal as Yuanshi had support of the kingdom.
