The Frostforge Throne
The Frostforge Throne is an awe-inspiring seat of power, carved from a single, massive block of enchanted ice that never melts. The throne stands 15 feet tall, with intricate designs of Norse mythology and the history of The North etched into its surface. The armrests are shaped like snarling wolf heads, and the high back features a relief of Yggdrasil, the world tree. The Frostforge Throne is said to have been created by the first Jarls of The North, working together with frost giant allies and dwarven craftsmen. It serves as a symbol of the Jarl's authority and the united strength of The North.
Magical Properties
- Temperature Reflection. The throne changes temperature based on the current state of The North. During times of peace and prosperity, it gives off a comforting cool; in times of war or hardship, it becomes bitingly cold.
- Visions of the Realm. The Jarl can place his hands on specific runes carved into the throne to see visions of different parts of his realm, allowing him to keep watch over all of The North.
