Session XLVIII: Fire Scion

General Summary

The adventurers got their tip that Fire Scion Surfur is present in Glimmerglen, in large volcano where gnomes mine for rare and excess resources. They've travelled there through a small village and entered the Scion's craddle. They've found out that this scion is not corrupted by Void, but it is easy to corrupt as it has nature of being power hunger and Void could easily corrupt it. So they've decided with the approval of Glimmerglen to slay it before the Scion awakes by Void. The city prepared for evacuation and adventurers managed to slay the Scion. After their fight with Surfur, they were rescued by Angel of War Telantes and his angels. Telantes told them that it is time to leave Material Plane, which they already saved and it is time to either surrender their god weapons and pass them to another adventurers who will help them fight in Outer Planes or leave Material Plane and choose a deity which will help them in their fight on higher places. Adventurers decided to accept and continue their journey. Telantes gave them time to think about their selected deities.
