Session 25 - Waylines Across the Continent Report
General Summary
1st Praxia 283
The duo arrive in Ixmoria, looking into their death reports. Rayna uncovers a redacted military report, detailing a suspected spy network across Ixmoria, who's members begin convulsing and their souls become disconnected, causing necromancy to fail. Verity makes friends with some children, one boy, a halfing named Josiah, tells her about his uncle who was a bad man and wanted bad things to happen to Dragons.
He shows the two home, to talk to his mother. His mother tells them that his uncle, her brother, went up to Lost Forge to visit his late wifes family, a Blacksmith family named Draketeller.
Reuniting with Colette in the Citadel, they go over the leads they had discovered, and tell Colette that the woman they met was coming by. Colette seems a little shocked by this, quickly checking her reflection and letting her hair down, before seeing the woman standing in the doorway. Colette and the woman, who Colette calls Saf, head out into the night, coming back about 45 minutes later, Colette seemingly had been crying but seemed in better spirits than normal recently.
After Saf leaves, Colette tells the party that they had dated about 60 years ago, for about 10 years, but broke up because she wasn't happy in her body, or who she was.
2nd Praxia 283
The party head out towards Port Trandor, to investigate the Gold Dragon who lives in the Fins.
During the flight, a young blue Dragon, who had succumed to the sickness, attacked the party. After besting it, Verity called Zidos, arranging Polantian forces to collect the body and return it to Polantia to investigate it further.
