Session 24 - Death Census Report
General Summary

The party disembark the Clearskies, buying rooms at the Skyward Sword Inn for the night before having an explore around Borrin Yard and Eldath's Hold, stopping at the Pious Ale for dinner. Colette establishign a game plan for the next few days, whislt Rayna and Verity investigate the death census's and head to the other capitals using the Waylines, she'll reach out to some Blood Hunter contacts and other contacts around the city to see if they can track down the noble Brazess was tailing.
1st Praxia 283
Leaving Colette to make contact, Verity and Rayna take the ferry across the lake to the district of Newcall and the Oakleaf University, stopping in the public library first. There they uncover little in the death reports, but meet a human woman with wild, curly orange hair, and large cat like stripped ears, asking her about the history and any reports of Dragon attacks. She mentions one on the border between Dragontide and Clan Stormborn, about a sapphire Dragon who was being strenous with taxing merchants using his waters, and a Black Dragon to the north called Billioriax who by reports has always been a kind soul, Lin seemingly intrested in Billioriax's mention. The pair realise that the woman is a Blood Hunter, who has heard of Colette and give her the name of the inn they are staying, the woman saying she'll stop by later that evening to see Colette again. She also slightly reveals that she was looking into a noble who came through, but got spooked about a week and a half ago, leaving the city and heading east.
They then head out the library to the public access area of the University, looking for more information about Dragon attacks, uncovering reports of a Gold dragon to the West in the Western Lands, who was very terrotrial over a region known locally as the fins. That he would attack and farmers who tried to cultivate the land, and attack any fishing vessels who strayed too far into his waters.
The duo, happy with the leads found here, use the Wayline station in the Citadel to travel to the Ixmorian city, The Capital, to look into their records and information.
