After a while Maela's father calls her, wondering where the girl was, and the girl makes her way back into town, and into her fathers office, passing the spirts of two children sitting in the waiting area. Maela gets some tasks from her father, one in Horan's, and shows him the notebook that has her travelling to Lakeside. Her father wishing her well, and telling her to stay safe. She aids the two children, sending them to the plane of Lliier, Goddess of Joy, and makes her way to Horan's the next morning, Eris in tow. Maela boards a coach heading to Lakeside, and as they make their way through the Capital, meet Lumina and Verity as they board the same cart.

After some questioning from a local lady, Verity is informed to find the Crown she's looking for, the Dwarves would be the best bet, given they have very good jewellers. Verity uses the Wayline Station in the city, and finds herself in the Capital, after getting too close to the Dwarf steward, he tells her the best jewellers are in Lakeside, Verity skips away finding herself in a large city for the first time, and gets distracted, picking things up, and getting a little too close to people. After an hour, two guards ask her kindly to stop invading peoples space, and help her find the cart to Lakeside.
