Blood Drainers

Blood drainers are the members of the headhunter tribes of the Forest of Pain who "take care" of the internal organs and other sundries in the bodies that they process.
Reliable sources say that the headhunters are nowhere near as lethal as some of their counterparts within the forest (I mean, of course, the cannibals and the Demon Elves). That instead of actually hunting people for their heads, they take the bodies of people already deceased and turn them into the rather gruesome arts and crafts projects that some people favor in their home decor.
Blood drainers are a crucial part of that process.
