The Horde

Commandant Fleur Martel (a.k.a. The Horde)

As La commandant of the Providence of Quebec, The Horde is in charge of making sure all the branches of her territory run smoothly. She utilizes her namesake horde of rats to monitor the undergrounds of Quebec. While she's not very physically imposing, her skills in stealth takedowns combined with her virtual armies of animals make her a force to be reckoned with in battle. She's a rather curt individual, who gives simple and clear orders while showing little emotion. After losing her closest friend for many years, she's reluctant to let anybody else close.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Born into the Providence of Quebec, M. Martel was originally a scout before she found her place as an enforcer. During her time as an enforcer, she earned the name 'The Horde' by utilizing armies of rats, cats, and other animals to track and terrorize criminals. In the invasion of the Louisiana Territory, she became Agramant Coupart's favored disciple. When he was killed by Betsy, she took his place as La Commandant and backed off the invasion, but refused to give up the gained turf.

Sexuality

The Horde isn't one to commit herself to relationships, and treats sex as a casual thing. She sleeps with those of all genders, and prefers warriors.

Education

As a human, Fleur Martel learned the typical things women learned; how to cook, sew, and manage a household. As a vampire, she learned the habits of animals, and was trained in the arts of investigation, stealth and assassination.
