Providence of Quebec

This European night court stretches across the middle of North America, between the Louisiana Territory and Great Conquistadors' Territory, and to the north of the Paiute-Navajo Territory. Although it was founded by Agramant Coupart, it's current leader is The Horde.

Structure

The Providence of Quebec has distinct legislative, executive, and judicial branches. The providence is divided into counties, each led by a lord, a lawyer, and a judge. The borders of these counties are negotiated between the counties themselves, but if serious feuds occur, the Providence itself will resolve them. Fleur Martel is the current head of the executive branch. Lundy Brousse is the head of the legislative branch. Arnaud CinqMars is the head of the judicial branch.

Public Agenda

The Providence of Quebec maintains order over the Vampires residing in it, keeping the masquerade up at all costs. They also seek to expand their territory, although their invasion of the Lousiana Territory has been at somewhat of a stalemate for several years.
