Velrune's Estate

Velrune's Estate is a fairly large, multi-layered house owned by Arcanist Velrune Seek. On the outside of the estate is a large iron fence with iconography of various eyes, stars, and creatures. Within the fence is a large garden that is tended to by arcane contraptions and enchanted items which automatically harvest, groom, and maintain the garden.

• The main foyer of the house is home to a large fire pit within the middle of the room, with two couches facing the outer walls near the entrance. On the inner part of the room, past the fire pit, is a large curving staircase that goes up a floor.
• On the left of the main foyer is a door that leads to a large kitchen, filled to the brim with spices, appliances of arcane make, and ingredients. Within the kitchen is a small spice cellar underneath the floor and a closet on the right hand side of the room.
• On the right of the main foyer is a door that leads to an arcane workshop, filled with hundreds of small and large trinkets that are all enchanted or filled with gears and metal bits. On the left hand side of the room is a closet filled with long forgotten items and automatons.
• Heading up the staircase in the middle of the house is a room for arcane experimentation and casting of spells. Within the center of the room is an arcane circle used for casting large and powerful spells.
• On the left hand side of the staircase is a door leading to Velrune's bedroom. On the right hand side of the room is a large bed, next to it is a dresser and closet. On the left hand side of the room is various trinkets and baubles of various make and wear.
