Royal Palace

Once known for its hanging gardens, the Royal Palace is now completely overgrown and home to many prey animals. While its walls and the main building still stand, the Observatory tower has collapsed on top of the Garrison building. It is not known what caused the damage, too severe to be justified by the climbing vines that have dug deep into the stone walls.
Some parts of the palace's upper floor have collapsed due to trees growing through the ceiling. While there is damage in the rest of the building, there are no other collapsed areas. As for the contents, there seems to be little of value left, asides from mosaic paintings. The Royal Vault is completely empty, indicating that the inhabitants have taken all they could.
The garrison used to house a group of knights, as well as their armoury and stables. No horses have been found in the area, nor have any corpses or skeletons been found, suggesting that none were left behind when the capital fell. The armoury is still buried under rubble, so its contents have not yet been studied.
