Shadowfel/Dolurrh

The party found themselves here during their exploration of the ruins of Shae Tirias Tolai in the underdark of Xen'Drik. The realm seemed to sap the very vibrance of the world out; with muted sounds and colors. The servant of the Raven Queen that had interacted with the party, suggested that mortals should not stay there for long periods of time.
Vita and Kerani expressed that this plane is where the souls of the dead pass on, and is also known as Dolurrh in Eberron.
The Raven Queen seems to have authority over this domain.
