Noggie

A new addition to the Cult of Bastimaar and a member of Haris' ambush, Noggie was the cultist the party captured instead of killed. He's a young human man with thinning gray/blue hair.
Pronounced "Naw-ghee", but the party took to calling him "No-key".
Not particularly zealous, and casual to a fault, he was more than happy to reveal everything he could about his organization to the party. He even agreed to Vita's terms not to rejoin the cult, more than happy to simply flee the area and start anew.
The party had other ideas however, and he was brought along as they made their way to Dharrakir's camp, his hands bound.
