Gnome

A small humanoid, standing between 3 and 4 feet tall. The most prominent example would be Bulgey.
The only other gnomes of note that the party has encountered so far are Lorrel Frostfrazzle and Elementalist Xenk, who has a personal history with Brian's roost, as a representative of some government that the party is not familiar with.
