Setessan Battle Priest
The clerics that serve in other poleis tend to be rather passive, acting only at the behest of their gods, and rarely leaving the temples that also serve as a home. Such priests are content to have their needs attended to by the people around them, being granted their every desire in return for the connection they provide to the normally enigmatic gods. The persists in and around Setessa are far different from this casual trope- instead of spending much of their time in the fields tending to crops, hunting to feed the less fortunate, and providing for their people rather than taking from them.
In addition to caring for those around them, some Setessns priests are famous for their admirable dedication to protecting others as well. These Setessn battle priests can be found on the front lines of any fight, right alongside the skilled hunters and warriors that choose to serve Nylea. These battle priests are beloved by the soldiers of Setessa, both for their ability to track down and eliminate threats, and their skill in the medicinal arts.
