Deep Freeze

The water in the air around your target begins to freeze, surrounding them in an aura of chilling cold. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target suffers several effects for the duration. At the beginning of each of its turns, the target takes 1d8 cold damage. All attacks against the target have disadvantage, and the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls. The target can only take an action or bonus action on each turn, not both. In addition, any time the target is hit be a melee attack, the creature attacking the target automatically takes 2d8 cold damage.
