Aqueous Form
You dip your fingers into the vial of water before touching a willing creature, infusing them with the essence of the sea. For the duration, the target can use an action on their turn to transform their body into pure water or back again. The spell ends if the creature drops to 0 hit points. While in its watery form, the target is vulnerable to lightning damage, has an advantage on all Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to move without being heard, and can enter and occupy the spaces of other creatures. The target can pass through small holes and narrow openings, and while in water, its movement speed is doubled and it can’t be seen while it remains motionless. While the target transforms, any objects it was wearing or carrying merge into its new form, and the target can’t interact with or manipulate other objects until it returns to its normal form. The target can talk while in its watery form, but its voice sounds strange and muted as if it were speaking from underwater, and any creature attempting to understand it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check to do so. As long as the target remains in its watery form, it can’t attack or cast spells, though it can still attempt to grapple other creatures with disadvantages.
