The Radiance

The Radiance is the deity worshiped by the cult of radiance. The cult consists of most of the people living in Elysance. In reality, they are a false god and an extremely powerful golden dragon semi-made of bright radiant light.
They live under Elysance and consume those sacrificed to them and they gather all of the offerings the people of Elysance have made in their hoard.
Their hoard weighs upwards of 108 billion tons and contains upwards of 108 quadrillions of pure GP. Not including the numerous one-of-a-kind and wonderous magic items contained in the hoard.
The Radiance is a golden dragon that radiates the light reflected off of the coins in their hoard. The light appears to come straight from underneath their scales. They have 2 massive sets of horns that curl backward like that of a red dragon. Their wings are always aglow and shed a blinding light, not by the reflection of the hoard but they were born with the ability the alight their wings in a radiant flame.
They have abandoned their once honorable ways and instead choose to continue to gain wealth, power, and followers in an assumption of they one day become a god. They believe that when they become a god they will have full control of the wealth and other dragons of the world.
The radiance has immunity to radiant damage and resistance to necrotic damage. Also when they use their wing attack the target must make a constitution saving throw or be blinded for a turn. The Radiance's breath weapon is a shower of gold and wealth consisting of molten hot coins that have become part of their physicality dealing half radiant damage and fire damage.
