The Deep Depths

The Deep Depths acts as the elemental plane of water. It is also seen as the ethereal plane and simultaneously exists in the same place as Othealia. The two planes are unable to see each other or interact with the enhancement of magic or more powerful abilities. The Deep Depths can however have very limited interaction with Othealia very often only with its creatures' reaction to powerful magic, light, or sound that occurs on Othealia and can be observed through the weave that separates the two planes.
