Celestial Material
Celestial material is a catchall term used to descibe any of an infinite number of materials that come from the Plane of Elemental Chaos. The price noted is a base price and represents the lower-end median cost of these materials. For instance, you may pay the displayed price for a piece of rubble or something of no value, yet because it comes from that plane of existence AND bears the celestial properties, it has inherent value. You would likewise expect to pay considerably more for a unit of pure celestial metal.
