Sibling Serpents
The Sibling Serpents, or the Trinity as they are more colloquially known, are the 3 deified children of the Divine Serpent. Hatched together just after humanity overthrew the Jotunns in ancient times. They are often worshiped in current times with shrines or statues decorating holy places and often homes.
Summary
According to the legends these three serpents assisted humanity in defeating the Great Serpent in order to stop her from wiping out humanity during the Great Plague at the end of the First Era. The Sibling Serpents are credited with teaching the 3 Sages how to harness owns' Od and the art of Manus. On top of this the Sibling Serpents gave the Sages some of the Bones of the Great Serpent, as well as taught them the art of Rituals. Using these rituals the Sages were able to create the Mythic Artifacts from the bones. Two of the Serpents took one Sage each and travelled to the far West and far East of Ostara respectively. While the third stayed in the center of Ostara. The Sibling Serpents continued to tutor the Sages and assisted in the creation of the Great Colleges.
For all of the above reasons the Sibling Serpents, or the Trinity as they are more colloquially referred, are considered by many to be the saviors of humanity. As such they were and still are worshiped in a majority of the continent. This worship is mostly reserved for simple shrines or statues in homes and places considered Holy. Depending on where in Ostara you are you will find a different Serpent focused on thanks to them splitting up a the dawn of the Second Era.
Historical Basis
Rooted in the end of the Great Plague that marked the end of the First Era. And the 3 Sages who are credited for spreading the teachings of manus.

Known by most of the population but is often considered a myth. In some places the 3 Sages are worshiped instead.
