The Diplomat Butler Kass is asking OSHA again to help with an insuring that this Tastran Holiday has no hiccups and that he has the needed protections for this Event.

NO SINK-O DE MAYO   I have commissioned a party-boat for the venerated Tastran holiday and celebration occurring on the 5th day of this month as a gesture of goodwill to my counterparts in Menedon. The good ship De Mayo, a gnomish vessel with special properties, will provide neutral ground for us to share this cultural cornerstone and deepen our cooperative ties. But we hear whispers of dangerous forces hoping to break down these relations and pave the way for warfare at any cost.
