The world is a dangerous place : monsters, undead and unknown fiends roam the wilderness while pockets of surviving aggregations called villages, town and cities try to prosper in it. Little hamlets and villages sports hardy combatants and rugged farmers who want to survive and feed their people. Kings, wizards and sorcerers, beggards and criminals, traders and merchant living in larger cities... all try to survive the best they can, and some even thrive.   Divinities, demons and supernatural events are real and tangible. They are feared, revered or even forgotten. Ruins and abandonned places fills this world as it seems to have been once the place of many, many... many generations lost to the times. Dragons flying to and fro, sharing little of their knowledge to the scholars trying to make sense of it all or garner as much power as possible.   Welcome to the continent of Orthis.
