Albhara
LEGACY OF THE SANDS
Although the desert appears barren and empty, Albhara has a prolific history of magic and riches. The oldest records of Cordania reveal Albhara to be the frontier of ancient Elven migrations. Many artifacts and treasures were dicovered by the early Elves, many kingdoms and discoveries were left behind by those same Elves. In current times, Albhara stands at the center of international trade and politics, enjoying the wealth of several nations, while also suffering the stress of constant diplomatic struggles.GEOGRAPHY
Albhara is peninsular, desert country located at the center of the continent and shares a land border with the country of Atria. The coasts of Albhara give the nation a strong command of the Arpeas Sea and allows maritime travel to almost every nation in Cordania.Along Albhara's eastern region is the Venitari Mountain Range which holds a bounty of minerals and ores, but also prevents winds from bringing rain and moisture over the land. As such, many of Albhara's major cities are situated along the coasts or along the few rivers that can sustain life in the harsh desert. The rest of Albhara remains a wasteland filled with sand and forgotten memories.
