Description:
Not quite draft-heavy, Kahelin is still a sizable unicorn standing at 5'4" at his withers. Built for speed and power, he is also among the surest of foot for his kind. His markings are simple, with a star on his forehead and a snip on his nose. He has four white socks. The colors of his mane, tail, coat, and eyes are enhanced because of his status as Imbued, leaving the violets richer and more vibrant than others of his kind.
History:
Kahelin's life began when poachers cut him from his dying mother's belly, removed her alicorn, and left her for dead. Not only was a he born Fae, he lived among the Imbued, after a young Kevarian Rifter risked her life to rescue him. He bonded with her, and with Ingris, the nightmare who nursed him when he was less than three days old. Teeg and Kahelin never parted company until death separated them.
Teeg had grown too old to travel when the pair met Salem Asandromere on Teeg's homeworld of Kevaria. She spent the last five years of her life advocating the safe handling of rifts for travel and commerce to and from her homeworld. Kahelin stayed with her the entire time, though he traveled to his own world, Orr, several times to participate in the Trials of the Ohnico. He competed four times in his lifetime, won thrice, and from that, sired three sons and six daughters.
After Teeg died, Kahelin allied with Salem Asandromere and joined the Guild of Nyn and the Knights of the Tahl'Maran, taking on the role of Guardian, sometimes for as many as three Caretakers.
