"You're going to fall," she said as she watched a roguish grin lift the corners of his mouth, highlighting the peaks and valleys of his facial features. His was a handsome, angular face, almost aristocratic, augmented with a narrow nose and that devilish smile. A cowlick dangled over his left eye. He continued walking backwards, his eyes roving across her person unabashed.

"I suppose I already have," he replied. "For you."

Sometimes, her eyes are hazel. Sometimes they are green. Most of the time, they're a lovely shade of teal. Jeni is a bright, sun-spirited woman with a perpetual smile. Happy and gregarious, she's the sort of woman people gravitate towards because of that bubbling personality. She doesn't know any strangers and while she is often warm and welcoming, she is also no one's fool.
She has been an herbalist most of her life, since the age of six, and it's a trade she learned from her grandmother. Jeni is also a 2^nd degree alchemist, specializing in herbal remedies, but she's trained in metallurgy and well informed in the field of poisons, too. Since she's not a 3^rd degree alchemist, however, she is not licensed to deal with them.
She's married to a self-proclaimed kiss thief, whom she's head-over-heels about. Between the two of them, they manage to keep up with their twin boys, four year olds who are high energy, fun-loving, and take after their father. Jeni and Owen own and operate one of the more prestigious apothecary shops in Capria's Merchant Mile, called the Thistledew Apothecary Shop. Here, Jeni makes soaps and perfumes, blends teas and herbal baths, concocts medicines, and brews potions.
