Schreck-Herling has a closed share policy, shares are only sold on invitation and the company is not publicly traded. Schreck-Herling has very few direct assets, preferring to manage its assets through external shell companies.

Schreck-Herling has a named chairman, CEO and board of directors. According to Schreck's articles of incorporation, its board of directors are also all shareholders.
