Cubluburg

A strongly religious nation, who invite others from all over Vohga to join them in their rituals. Revered all around for their piety.

Structure

Cubluburg's countryside is divided into 8 maakonnad (counties). Each of these maakonnad consist of 11 kihelkond (parishes). The kihelkond is centred around a hillfort.  The cities of Cubluburg are their own maakond. 
A maakond is ruled by a council of maavalitsus, with at their head a maavanem (governor). The maavanem also represents the Vabariigi Valitsus (King) in his community.  A kihelkond is ruled by the clergy of one of the Prime Deities. Per maakond, every Prime Deity is represented by a kihelkond.

Culture

A pious nation full of reverence for the gods. Depending on which of the gods the kihelkond serves, the culture can vary. Pelor's followers might be happy and focussed on their farms, while followers of Sehanine could be more subtly enjoying life, and followers of Moradin might focus on their forges and other works of creation.  Arcane magic is outlawed in the country.

Public Agenda

Cubluburg wants the rest of Vohga to worship the Gods as much as they do. If Arcane magicians are found to be meddling in the affairs of the country, mage hunters will be sent after them to put a stop to it.

Assets

The average citizen of Cubluburg is not wealthy by any means. Due to the tithe they have to pay instead of taxes, and their moral obligation to pay more than that, they scrape by. Therefore, the temples in Cubluburg, and thus its government, are much wealthier than any other temples in Vohga.
