Ukinmorn yellow lyae

The milkiness of the cheese is very prominent, however, since it is made from Mauka milk it is more akin to sour cream in taste, but stronger in other aspects that prevent it from being as sour as eating raw citrus fruit with rind. It is the signature cheese of the Ukin village Lizard tribe, made and produced in the village area, that has now been expanded into a small town bordering on becoming a city.   Depending on how long it is aged, it will be soft and very easily sliceable sometimes even crumbling, which is a sign of excellence and a rarity that sells for more than the average. The longer it ages the harder it becomes and the sharper the knife required to wedge the cheese.
