Xekoza

Xekoza is often referred to as “the Scourge of the Damned” by the Lupis people, he has been a plague on crypts, mausoleums, and graveyards across Giaga – giving rise to the conclusion that he has undead origins. This, however, is false. Xekoza is attracted to the resting place of the dead and, if given the chance, will steal the dead's very identity. If allowed to desecrate the body, he gains the ability to mimic the deceased's voice, their personality, and even access some of their memories. Their physical appearance, however, is safe from his thieving nature.

Xekora appears as a black-furred Lupis, though his face is bare to the bone. A small trail of red smoke emanates from the trace of his spine, small teeth-looking bones interlock along the same length. There is a common suspicion that these “teeth” can open up, revealing a gaping mouth down the length of his back. While unconfirmed, this report can't be denied either.
